The z-z Moment value is the moment about the local z axis for the wall. This is the cantilever / weak direction of the wall. The x-x Moment value is the moment about the local x axis for the wall. The z-Shear value is the shear force in the local z direction for the wall. This is the shear wall / strong direction of the wall.

The x-Shear value is the shear force in the local x direction for the wall. Compression force is reported as positive, Tension force as negative. The Axial value reports the axial force in the wall. The Elevation column reports the elevation (in Global Coordinates) at which the forces are reported. The LC column reports the relevant Load Combination. The elevation is given in terms of global elevation.

The elevations where forces are reported are at the base of walls and at the locations of any diaphragms that intersect the walls. The Wall Force Results spreadsheet lists the axial force, shear and moments for each wall panel. To get detailed information about each panel, you can use the Wall Panel Detail Reports. These spreadsheets can be used as a summary of all of the panels in your model.

Each tab gives code checks based on the relevant code depending on the material type. The Wall Panel Design spreadsheets are divided into different tabs: In plane, Out of Plane, Lintel, Wood Wall Axial, Wood Wall In-Plane, Wood Header and Wall Panel Seismic. When the model is solved there are results spreadsheets specifically for Wall Panel Design and for Wall Forces. Wall Panels - Results Wall Panels - Results
